He is a former collegiate athlete with more than seven years of experience in higher education, media, and sports. Justin has the unique ability to connect with a wide-range of audiences, often drawing from his own vulnerabilities and personal experiences to craft his message. Justin earned his degree in Television and Broadcast Journalism at Chapman University, where he served as a keynote speaker. He has also spoken on various panels at high schools, colleges, and universities, and has appeared on several media outlets including Huffington Post and Blavity. Justin is the founder of Purpose Over Profit and co-host of the Married Millennials podcast. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two dogs, Ollie and Hazel.
